Future Planning

Our fund raising continues into 2025 as we look to increase our outreach and goals for better food distribution to reach a wider area up to 1 hour from our base in all areas. 

We are always aiming to help more people with food support outreach deliveries for both homeless and vulnerable people. 

We are looking to guide people to get them help with either short term housing and leading to long term housing, working with various homeless charities and with advice from citizens advice for both the homeless and to help people avoid homelessness. 

Our Plans for 2025 include:

Develop and Run our Own Charitable Event within Havant

We are looking into putting on our own charitable event in the borough of Havant what will help local businesses and charities on a fund raising day and musical event in the summer of 2025 , this would enable us to do more fundraising as we could also put on a food stall for what we have a food hygiene certificate , a level 2 certificate and an active running food set up under a gazebo with a BBQ and tables set up. 

 Purchase and Build a Catering Van.

One of our main goals for 2025  is to build a catering van for what we can use for events fund raising and outreach , at the moment we are only using a gazebo set up. 

Open a Help Centre with a Cafe and offices

One of our main goals for 2025 is to open a help centre with a built in café , this café can help give employment to those who are in need either homeless or trying to avoid being made homeless.  

We are also looking to then give classes and coaching in life skills, education on nutrition and obtaining cooking skills and general work skills to build life skills and employment education. 

Our support centre / café can also be used to support and fund or ongoing work and projects. 

Taken together  completing these ambitious plans will take Support The Homeless into the future and continue to expand our help and services and good work.

 Continue to be a source of support for homeless people.

The basic work continues. Helping to provide, food, warm drinks,  clothing, advice and a friendly word.

We will never judge, we just want to help keep homeless people at all levels safe  and that will allways be our underlying goal.
